Assorted Videos. I have a box of 8mm home movies of the family which has spent it's entire life in a dusty box in the back of a dark closet somewhere, nearly forgotten. Our projector crashed years ago, leaving us no practical way to view the video.

I decided to send the film away and have it digitized and after a lot of research, I decided on DIGMYPICS in Arizona.I sent them 1800 feet of film and they scanned it and put it on two DVDs for me. I chose mpeg format so I could edit it at my leasure. DVDs have an (estimated) life expectancy of a hundred years of more. The film was loosing it's luster after a mere 40.

If you have some old film lying around becoming brittle and dim, I recommend DIGMYPICS.

A musical slide show of The Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Cavern, Mount Rushmore and Grand Tetons. From our trip in June 2004. These pictures are in no particular order, but you can get an idea of what we saw while traveling. We were gone for nearly 6 weeks. But the best part of that trip was getting home !

From our home page link, click on "Our Trip Out West", to see pictures we took all along the way. There are more than 200 pictures along with a narrative of each one. I must have taken nearly 800 pictures on that trip. I snapped one digital high resolution picture after another. If I can take a hundred pictures and get one or two good ones, I'm a happy camper !

Awase Transmitter site, Okinawa. A musical slide show with the same pictures that are on my AWASE page. The music is some of what we were listening to back then. Get ready to ROCK !

Wild Scooter Ride: This one came to me on an email and I just couldn't resist posting it here. This guy is some kind of a nut. But he's good !
